Return Policy

Before ordering from MariBella, please take a moment to review our Shipping and Return Policies.  If you have any questions regarding any of these policies, we encourage you to reach out to our customer satisfaction team prior to purchase at:  info@maribellaboutique.com

PLEASE NOTE:  MariBella only offers store credit for returns.  It is our express policy that we do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. 

  • MariBella strictly adheres to a 15-day return policy.  The customer (here forward referred to as “you”) must initiate the return within the 15-day window after receipt/delivery of the product to be considered for a return.  No exceptions will be made.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.  There must be no defect or damage to the product, and MariBella reserves the right to deny a return if the product is not returned in its original condition.
  • You must provide an original receipt or proof of purchase to be considered for a return.
  • Items shipped to MariBella without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and store credit will not be issued.
  • All returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Initiating a Return

  • If accepted, MariBella will issue you a return shipping label to the email address provided in the original order.  This email will also include instructions on where and how to send your return.

Damages and Defects

While we do our best to ensure pieces arrive to you free of defect or damage, we understand that mistakes can take place.  It is your responsibility to inspect each item within your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damage, or incorrect. If you have received defective merchandise, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Please note: Any merchandise that has been washed will not be accepted for store credit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products and items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), accessories, bodysuits, hats, intimates, and jewelry. If you have any concerns about what items are considered non-returnable, please reach out to our customer satisfaction team at info@maribellaboutique.com prior to purchase.

Additionally, MariBella does not offer returns or refunds for sale items or gift cards.

Initiating an Exchange

  • Contact our customer satisfaction team at info@maribellaboutique.com
  • If accepted, MariBella will issue you a return shipping label to the email address provided in the original order.  This email will also include instructions on where and how to send your return. 
  • Upon full inspection and approval, MariBella will issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the item amount.
